Прост въпрос за Marzocchi QR20

Чак ми е неудобно да питам, обаче не можах да го измисля... Става въпрос за 55ца, от тези с "новия" QR20mm с дръжката отстрани. Та, промушвам оста и почвам да я завинтвам в левия ботуш. Дотук добре, обаче като се завие докрай и "дръжката" остава в супер грозна позиция сочеща напред и нагоре. Пробвах го 10 пъти и винаги остава в една и съща позиция. Отстрани има някакъв болт на шестогран, но така и не измъдрих за какво е - само се върти свободно и никакъв ефект. Аз ли изпускам нещо или наистина жабарите (и жълтурите) са се изложили здраво Може ли дръжката да застане в нормална позиция?

Разкрих го, или по-скоро го прочетох из чуждите форуми. Ръчката трябва да щракне след като стегне. Това означава, че оста е затегната с нужната сила. След това може да се продължи въртенето докато заеме необходимата позиция (през това време продължава да щрака ръчката). Но се иска наистина голяма сила, не предполагах че трябва да е толкова затегната оста

Мда, нали се сещаш, че това беше 1вото нещо, което направих. Там пише завъртете докато кликне, а не пише наберете се с половината си тегло на лоста и се молете да не се счупи нещо. И грам не се споменава как се настройва позицията на лоста.

Ти чу ли кликане като го завъртя първия път, не, значи въртиш докато чуеш. След коетос още 3-4 кликания лоста идва на желаната позиция

Проблема е, че никъде не пише, че има система за определяне на нужната сила на затягане. След като го навих за мен оста беше достатъчно затегната и всяко последващо напъване можеше да преебе резбата или нещо друго. Никъде не пише, че механизмът ще обере ненужната сила. Никъде не пише, че като щракне, може да щракне 2ри път и т.н. Затова реших да попитам във форума преди да е късно. Благодаря. Мисля, че темата се изчерпа.

3.4.4 Wheel installation on a fork with QR 20 quick release
axle (all models 55 and 66)

The wheel-axle of the QR20 system allows, in a very quick way and without
the use of tools, assembling and disassembling the front wheel in the fork.
For optimum fork performance, please follow the instructions below
when installing the wheel:
WARNING!
Do not tighten the axle without having installed the hub
between the wheel axle clamps of the fork.
• Place the wheel in between each fork.
• Align the center of the wheel with each wheel axle clamp (see
5A of Picture 5).
• Install the axle through the right wheel axle clamp. (see 5A of
Picture 5).
• Pass through the hole in the centre of the hub until it stops against
the left wheel axle clamp.
• By means of the lever installed in the end of the axle, screw it
until you hear a “click” (see 5B of Picture 5); this way, the wheel
will be correctly fastened to the fork.
The “click” means that the pre-established tightening torque
has been reached, the axle has always to be screwed until you
hear at least one “click”.
• Check for the proper fork-wheel alignment. To do this, begin by
fully compressing the fork a few times. The wheel should not
make contact with, or come close to any portion of the fork. Then
lift the front of the bicycle and spin the wheel a few times to verify
the correct alignment with the disk brake. The wheel should not
wobble from side to side or up and down. Check the owner’s
manual of the brake system for the proper specifi cations.
• The axle is equipped with a clutch that controls its tightening.
Therefore, if necessary, go on screwing until the release lever
is directed into the desired position, so that it is not subject to
collisions during the use. Every time you change the position, you
will hear a “click”. During this procedure, do not unscrew the axle,
except in case you need to disassemble the wheel.
• To disassemble the wheel, just act in reverse order, remember
that the safety tooth of the axle (see 5C in fi gure 5) must be
carried towards the inside to be able to remove the axle.

3.4.4 Wheel installation on a fork with QR quick release axle
For optimum fork performance, please follow the instructions below when
installing the wheel:
Place the wheel in between each fork.
Align the center of the wheel with each wheel axle clamp (see 5A

Insert the axle through the wheel axle clamp of the right fork, through
the wheel, and then screw it into the wheel axle clamp of the left fork
(see 5A of Picture 5).
Screw the axle until you hear “click” (see 5B of Pict 5).

compressing the fork a few times. The wheel should not make contact
