проблем с PayPal

Спечелих търг в ибей но когато поисках да платя в пейпал ми излиза съобщение "This payment cannot be funded with a credit card at this time."

досега не бях плащал с картата, която ми е verified на Райфайзен с дневен лимит 3000лв-повече отколкото ще плащам, акаунта ми в пейпал е personal така че няма ограничения за пращане - не е от банката. Първоначално като се опитах да платя се оказа че не съм имал достатъчно в дебитната карта-при обръщането на валутата не съм сметнал правилно необходимата сума и ми е излязло с 6 паунда по-малко. След това обаче си заредих картата с още пари но пейпал продължи да ми дава същото съобщение. Писах до съпорта на ибей и пейпал и те ми отговориха:

Обадих се в Райфайзен и ми казахе че до тях е постъпила заявка първоначално за плащане но е била по-голяма от сумата в сметката. По-нататъка обаче когато добавих още пари не е постъпила заявка->според мен paypal са ме блокирали заради споменатия проблем със статистиката си.
Такаа, аз нямам други карти или ако си извадя нова докато ми я verify-нат ще мине 1 седмица а на селъра му казах че няма проблем...Пробвах директно да му пратя пари със send money to e-mail, дори по-малко от сумата която трябва и пак не става. Дайте някаква идея че вече 2 дена седя на компа и се депресирам. Тоя PayPal се оказа егати т..ака-пълни мизерници и още не знам как да ги нарека.

Контактвай съпорт сървис-а на Пейпал до дупка. Обясни им го всичкото това на тях. Ако са прецакали нещо, можеш да ги съдиш, задето се ебават със сделките ти. Сериозно!

ок, мерси, ще пробвам. Четох че на доста хора пращат подобни нищо не значещи отговори и си правят каквото поискат. Ето какво им написах:
I receive your answer in my mail about not being able to pay with my debit card(still occur message: This payment cannot be funded with a credit card at this time.) Your answer was that there is some problem with your "PayPal's statistical models". That not concern me and I can't pay my bills to another ebay costumer. I don't have any additional funds to use so that is my only choice. Please unblock my transaction or in other case I will concern about my rights, and yours to stop me to be fair with my seller.

you may have this saved in 'select a recipient'. then enter the amount you are to send (..... first payment). then click on goods and click send money. check details and confirm! then you can repeat this process (£..... second payment). and when I receive money I will message you! please make sure the amount is in GBP. така стана-пратих му първата част(втората ще му пратя като ми потвърди). По този начин обаче имам ли някаква застраховка че ако не ми достави стоката мога да си зема парите и също как ще се отчете в ebay че съм платил за стоката?

after I wasn't able to respond to invoice of my seller(message "This payment cannot be funded with a credit card at this time.") I was able to trasfered 1/2=...GBP of the amount az "send to-goods". When I tryed to transfer another 1/2=....GBP the other message appear "Authorization Failed-This payment cannot be funded with a credit card at this time." What happend?? I contact to my bank and they told me that I have ....GBP in my card so I'm able to pay but their system DO NOT SEE that I want to make a transfer from YOUR SIDE. What do you think about that???

По този начин обаче имам ли някаква застраховка че ако не ми достави стоката мога да си зема парите и също как ще се отчете в ebay че съм платил за стоката?

Да, защитата е същата като при нормалното плащане през paypal, когато е с покана. На практика парите пак минават през paypal.

Големите компании като еBay работят по система, каквато в България все още не е приложена. Използват кредитни карти със секюрити код, един вид допълнителна защита. Твърде вероятно е това да е проблемът. Най-добре да потърсиш друг начин за разплащане.
